JOHN STREET STUDIOS

This project consisted of the conversion of a Grade II listed office, into 9 studio apartments, targeted at the high end of the Sunderland Student Market.
The Project was handed over with planning and initial comments from Building control. The brief was to deliver a commercially successful scheme targeting the high end of the student market, by the start of the 2021/2022 academic year.
Rapid mobilisation, COVID-19 and high standards were some of the few challenges that were required to managed during this project.
The project was completed and is now fully occupied, all to the clients satisfaction.
