5 MILL VIEW

The last executive house to be completed on Mill View. this project was undertaken for a different client than the other four properties. The goal of this development was to provide a individual property to stand out from the other houses on Mill View. The property was sold off plan to a client who was heavy integrated into the design and building process.

My role consisted of all stages of the RIBA stages, with heavy emphasis put on stakeholder and quality management.

​

COVID-19 and stakeholder input were two challenge that had to be managed and overcome on this project.

​

Th project was successfully completed with minimal delays from a 6 week site closure due to COVID-19.
