1-4 MILL VIEW

This project consisted of the creation of four bespoke houses in Darras Hall, Ponteland. The designs were heavily influenced by light, space and the views to the countryside, along with a desire to move away from the more traditional Darras Hall design. A sloping site, unique designs and off-plan sales created challenges for the project, but nevertheless the project was successfully completed with the houses selling above their original projections. 

This development has resulted in a fantastic community, now occupied by families enjoying the feeling of countryside, while still maintaining the proximity to amenities and Newcastle city center.
